- PPEs and consumables for health and safety reasons
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order details and reason for return.
- Return the item to our office at Commercial Street, Industrial Area, Nairobi.
- Once received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will replace the returned product with the correct item, subject to availability.
